Onespot isn’t new to the IMC. For four years, we’ve built and supported the Council’s own mobile apps—the official International Montessori Council app members use for resources, and the app for the IMC Leaders & Learners Retreat.

Now the IMC has named Onespot its preferred technology partner for member schools, so every IMC school can bring the same all-in-one experience to its own community, with special perks just for members.

What does Onespot cost for IMC schools?

Onespot is $29 per enrolled student, per year. For IMC member schools, the usual $2,500 app setup fee is completely waived. Schools with over 200 students can ask about volume discounts.

How does the free demo app work?

When you book a demo, we build a complete, custom mockup of your school’s app with some of your own content. You can explore it on your own phone during the call, with no commitment.

We already use other tools. Do we have to replace them?

Not necessarily. Onespot brings the platforms you already use—your website, calendars, Google Sheets, Transparent Classroom, and more—together in one app, so families have a single place to find everything.

Who handles setup and support?

We do. Our team handles design, development, content migration, onboarding, training, and App Store and Google Play maintenance. And you can reach us anytime with questions.

We use Transparent Classroom. Is there a bundle?

Yes! Onespot has partnered with Transparent Classroom, the leading Montessori record-keeping platform, to offer an all-in-one bundle. For $48 per enrolled student, per year, your school gets both Transparent Classroom and its own custom Onespot app, integrated together—and the setup fee is waived for Transparent Classroom schools.
